Where are you based?

We are an online shop based in the UK.

Where do you deliver too?

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

How long will it take for delivery?

Delivery usually takes 3 – 5 working days, although we do try our best to send out on a next day delivery. 

What Courier do you use?

We use APC overnight to ship all our orders.

Do you offer Warranty?

Yes, we offer a 6 month warranty on the battery, charger and charging port. If any of these parts fail, we will replace the part free of charge with free fitting too (courier fee may apply). If you are outside the warranty, we will charge you for the replacement parts.

Do you cover outside damage?

Due to the nature of our products, outside damage is not covered. Your warranty does not cover wear & tear, abuse, water damage, delamination, stress cracks, chips, scrapes or any damage incurred from impact. We do not cover accidental or crash damage, resulted from aggressive riding, attempting tricks, water damage, exceeding the weight limit or anything else that results in damage caused by the user.

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with the product, we will allow you to return the item within 30 days, as long as the product is in pristine condition.

Do you repair products?

In the unlikely circumstances that your product was to encounter a problem or break, we are more than happy to fix it for you at our on site Repair Centre (you will be charged accordingly for parts and labour if not in warranty period)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accepts payments via Klarna, You can make a purchase as a one time payment or split into installments if more convenient.

Are your products safe?

We take safety very seriously here at Breezeboards and ensure ALL our products are SAFE & COMPLIANT through profound testing to make sure they adhere to the UK standards. This can be seen on the “CERTIFICATION” page.

How long does it take for your products to charge?

Charging usually takes 2 -3 hours for a full charge, the green light will flash when finished charging.

What size wheels do you have?

We have 3 different wheel sizes:

  • 6.5″ Models (Classic / Venom)
  • 8.5″ Models (Phantom / Xtrail)
  • 10″ Model ( The Vapourizer)

What difference does the wheel size make?

The bigger the wheel, the bigger the bigger the terrain. Our  bigger wheels can handle much bigger and thicker terrains such as grass.

How much do you need to weigh to ride an board/electric scooter?

Our products can be used by anyone over the weight of 20kg to function properly.

Are Electric Scooters illegal in the UK?

Electric Scooters are not illegal in the UK and you can buy and own one perfectly legally. However, it is illegal to use an e-scooter in public unless it’s rented as part of a recognised trial scheme. You are allowed to use them on private land.
